Describe the project or task Edcor helped with:

Our tuition reimbursement program was a manual process that an individual handled in-house. It is a popular program and it just became too much to handle ourselves so we brought Edcor in. They have been able to handle all the paperwork and managing which program an employee is in and it has worked nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Edcor?

I like that employees can log on and see their history, usage, discounts available, and lots more information. It is very convenient and something we could not provide previously. Our employees enjoy all those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edcor?

My dislikes are more on the admin end than the user end. When an employee does an application or reimbursement incorrectly and has to send it in again, we get charged for each time. Making changes to items on our portal is difficult, there isn’t much we, as the admin, are capable of doing ourselves which is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Edcor:

Edcor is a nice program for your employees. It keeps everything in one spot and allows for easy submission of required documents and for employees to see their history; even if it has been a few years since they've used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Edcor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing our different programs in our tuition reimbursement program - Edcor has helped make this simpler. Also, allowing our employees to easily see what institutions offer them discounts and a quick view at their overall account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
