**What do you like best about Econda?**

Evaluated this tool for an e-commerce application to predict sales and also the best discount to be applied to a product in the fashion and design space. Evaluated this tool with Google analytics and found this to be more hassle free as the setup was fairly straightforward when it comes to setting up personalized metrics pertaining to user activity, capturing data from custom wildcard searches and in general easy to manage access for non tech folks

**What do you dislike about Econda?**

The product trial is not open. Need to go down the booking a demo route to experience it

**What problems is Econda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting user events like interactions with products, product view at each level - listing page, individual page, add to carts events, which campaign brought the user to the platform, search query results. Whule all of this was possible through GA, encoda was just easier to go about, easy to understand interface and biggest plus is data sovereignty is retained with the data owner at all times.

**What do you like best about Econda?**

I like that it was easy to get started and spun up. It is a little powerhouse that helps to deliver the data that I need in order to grow learn and iterate what I have for my customers.

**What do you dislike about Econda?**

It is a steep learning curve and there really only is access to documentation.  It would be nice to have a strong community that could possibly help with sharing knot and some other strategies for analysis.

**What problems is Econda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving engagement and conversion issues, and overall helping to get a better idea of user behaviors which helps me to run experiments to increase any deficiencies

the simplicity of the tool to create dashboards and collecting the data from it very easily and quick
