**What do you like best about eCareer Fairs?**

eCareer Fairs is a unique and very effective strategy! I have never attended or even heard of a virtual job fair. This concept has been taken to a whole new level and I love it!

**What do you dislike about eCareer Fairs?**

I loved everything about it. Nothing to dislike. The setup was user-friendly, and it made in-person job fairs obsolete.

**What problems is eCareer Fairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eCareer Fairs solves commuting to job fairs. It's beneficial because it makes me feel good to be in the comfort of my home for interviews.

Freshers generally find it difficult to get an initial job quickly so eCareer Fair could be the best option for the employer and the candidate very easily.

**What do you dislike about eCareer Fairs?**

In the eCareer we have to setup everything online so better internet connectivity would be required at both the ends.

**What problems is eCareer Fairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employers get an opportunity to find good candidates.
Online meeting will be best option as user do not have to come to the office for the interview.
