**What do you like best about EasyQ?**

I like that EasyQ is easy to use, smart, and doesn't require too much interaction. The notifications on WhatsApp and the entry with QR code are useful because my customers can join the list using the QR code and are updated by the system on WhatsApp. They know their position and don't have to wait in front of the venue; they return when they are among the first. Moreover, the work of the person who welcomes the customers is simplified, allowing them to also focus on other tasks. Finally, it was very easy to set up EasyQ, it only took five minutes plus the time needed to print the flyer at the entrance.

**What do you dislike about EasyQ?**

the management of special tables, initially it was missing but now they have added it.

**What problems is EasyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to manually take entries and the crowd is managed automatically on WhatsApp. Customers enter with the QR code and receive updates, improving efficiency and reducing waiting time in front of the venue.
