**What do you like best about EasyHireApp?**

What truly sets EasyHireApp apart is how it automates the painful parts of hiring: screening CVs, conducting structured interviews, and ranking candidates based on real data. I used to spend 20+ hours per role just filtering resumes — now I get a shortlist in minutes, and the AI interviews give me clear, consistent insights about each candidate. The Heygen avatars even handle first-round interviews while I sleep. It feels like I have a full recruitment team, but without the overhead.

It eliminates the biggest hiring bottlenecks: time, bias, and decision fatigue. I especially love the AI-generated reports that score each candidate on fit, communication, and culture alignment. It gives me the clarity I need to hire fast and avoid bad calls. And the candidates love it too — the experience is smooth, modern, and fair.

**What do you dislike about EasyHireApp?**

If I had to nitpick, the only downside is that I wish it integrated natively with more job boards and ATS platforms out of the box. The team is already working on more integrations, but for now I still have to post jobs manually on some platforms. Still, the gains in speed and hiring quality far outweigh this minor inconvenience.

I’ve cut my hiring time by over 70%, saved thousands in lost productivity, and finally feel confident I'm making the right hires — without needing an HR team.
