"Marvelous Companion to AirTable - Saved us a fortune"

What do you like best about EasyCSV?

We used EasyCSV in conjunction with Airtable.

Our project involves a lot of manipulation of records from one table to another within an Airtable base. And the costs of moving data between tables using Airtable credits or Zapier and Make credits was going through the roof.

With EasyCSV we were able to move as many records as we wanted, as frequently as we wanted without using any automation credits, zaps, operations or whatever each platform calls them. We saved $ hundreds every week becuase of this. It proved to be a very elgant solution. In addition the variable fields and filters gave us a great deal of control and granularity on which records got processed.

I love this product, it really saved the project.

If your project relies on automations from Zapier or Make processing 1 record at a time and burning through 1 or 2 credits per record. Consider the bulk importing / exporting features of EasyCSV. It could be a game-changer for your project. It certainly was for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyCSV?

Compared to Zapier and Make the user interface is a bit crude, but once you get used to it its fine. The instructions and help are all merged together, so it feels a bit wordy... but in reality its both good and bad, becuase everythign you need to know it right there, so provided you READ and FOLLOW instructions it's all there in one place. Error messages are a bit cryptic, but no worse than Zapier or Make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyCSV solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Importing very large spreadsheets with 000s of rows into an AirTable - Almost all CSV importers (for Airtable) I looked at were limited to 1200 records or less. Zapier CSV import craps out at avout 150 records... pathetic. Make want's to charge 1 credit per record - outrageous. We needed to handle multiple files with upto 10K records multiple times a day, literally importing a new file every 20 mins, and automaticlly detecting the presene of a new file in the folder and just dealing with it. Even if 5 files come in at the same time, it eventually ingests them all. This part of it is brilliant.

2) Copying large numbers or small numbers of records from one table to another and then to another; ignoring duplicates (or not), updating existing records (or not), including or excluding records based on filters, and merging or alterign values with variable fields. Once you set up an import / export it does all of these things in one pass. Unlike Make / Zapier automations which may require several steps to do all the things I described above.

3) Exporting CSVs after all the manipulations at certain times of day, again sing filters to control which records and fields are output.

EasyCSV supports lots of different platforms... I can only comment on how well it served us alongside AirTable.

That said, the way it works, its architecture and the wizard for setting up each import works pretty much the same way for all integrations.

What do you like best about EasyCSV?

EasyCSV is a very convenient tool for using and handling all csv files centrally in a one place.

Great integration with multiple platforms like Zapier,Trello,Asana,etc.

Provides easy implementation of solutions for sharing and saving csv files across multiple platforms.

Nice customer support provide assistance through webchat,email and call.

What do you dislike about EasyCSV?

There are many benefits of EasyCSV but still there are few downfalls like :

1. It is costly for organization having large number of users as the price increases with users per license.

2. Needs more integrations with other SaaS products which are famous in market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EasyCSV has helped our logistics business to handle the various B2B business customers and user end customer facing scenarios for collecting the basic data of customers and to use it across multiple SaaS products and cloud infrastructure to fulfill all client needs and requirements like invoicing,Personal Information,Subscribed services data generation,etc. has benfited the business and analysis of data to a great extent.
