**What do you like best about Eano Pro?**

We’ve recently begun transitioning to this platform and have been consistently impressed by the team’s responsiveness and support. They take the time to truly understand our needs, offering thoughtful solutions and adjustments that reflect a genuine commitment to client success. Their patience throughout the onboarding process has made a complex transition feel manageable, and they’ve followed through on every promise with clarity and care. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values partnership as much as performance.

**What do you dislike about Eano Pro?**

Software is a little difficult to navigate at first. Homepage isn't as simple as some. Hope that they evolve to make this a bit more user friendly and quick to find different features (Change Orders, Invoices, Estimates, etc).

**What problems is Eano Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified platform where we can do CRM, estimating, AP/AR, Vendor/Subcontractor documentation storage, and client communication.
