**What do you like best about Dyne: CC?**

Too much goodies rounded up in one package. Considering the many editions available if you run a bakery alongside other food outlets, this software comes in handy.

When ordering, our customers are allowed to enter their needs or rather customize their orders directly to the baker which i find this a good thing. More to it, the software has an ability to support take outs and other sale operations done over the counter especially with an option of using the keyboard or touch screen capabilities.

The customer care level here is top notch as the software allows for home deliveries operations which has helped in improving our business so much.

**What do you dislike about Dyne: CC?**

Not so much here but the software does not have HR features and for large enterprises, reports could be extensive once in a while. Otherwise, this software has been resourceful to our bakery business.

**Recommendations to others considering Dyne: CC:**

This is something to give a try. You will love its features and definitely help you save time, cut on cost and realize areas that are limiting your business in matters accounting and delivery.

**What problems is Dyne: CC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had so many hitches in our operation needs and making audits and matters accounting. We ended up closing the business for a few months because we certainly could not deal.

Finding this software and decided to have a trial on it, it has helped in solving the operation needs especially at the counter section, it has made us get discounted and complimentary sales that are fully audited, giving an option for several settlement modes and making accounting less burdening for our staff. The accuracy levels too are dependable.
