What do you like best about dispoTool?

First, the categorization of the software in Light and Enterprise where you can choose according to the size of your bakery business. Such a great save on cost especially for small and medium bakeries. You only pay for what you are capable of using.

I love how the software has helped our business reduce on costs by doing away with so much paper work. Customer satisfaction has scaled higher and the chances of customer fluctuation are minimal. At least we can make a projection in sales for a week and even a month and the outcome is usually thereabout. Exact quantities when making delivery notes and this greatly cuts on the cost of communication so no need for cross-checking and calling to adjust orders.

What do you dislike about dispoTool?

For the period I have used this software, I have nothing to complain about. In fact, it is among the best when it comes to cost reduction that I have come across so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, there is nothing negative I have come across during the free trial period I used the software. The accuracy of the delivery notes is just on point and it does not miss a thing. And being able to choose a package that suits your business is a bonus for it.

What problems is dispoTool solving and how is that benefiting you?

Too much wastage of resources to start with paper work sections, communication expenses, down to the production area and so many losses coming about.

To remain in business something urgent had to be done. The software has been able to help the bakery run on exact quantities if making adjustments then a plus two will be the furthest we can go. Our customer turn over has been great with the use of the software and this is as a result of the improved quality and hence they are satisfied and willing to return as soon and buy more from us.
