The video and image quality is actually superb. For the most part it has been good at maintaining a quality video over time. Compared to other software, it doesn’t lag, freeze, or blur as frequently. It also has some good collaboration features and makes meeting with more than one person easy. Also, the compatibility with Holo lens is awesome for collaborating in real time with teammates and coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s very expensive. The cost is definitely prohibitive for teams that already have multiple expensive software subscriptions. Also there is a steep learning curve and configuring lens was difficult and more time consuming than what I was expecting for a Microsoft product. For the expensive cost and the fact that it’s from Microsoft, I expected it be easier to set up and have better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
