**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

Advanced mixed reality technology is available with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, which enhances the calibre and efficacy of remote support. This technology supports remote video and phone calls, file sharing, and real-time annotations. Providing remote support without on-site visits lowers travel expenses and downtime.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

Technical problems and network outages impact the tool's usability sometimes. Also, additional configuration and customisations are necessary to integrate Dynamics 365 Remote Help with other tools and systems, which is a labour-intensive and complicated process.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is an augmented reality tool that allows remote workers to collaborate in well almost real time using VR and augmented reality tech. The tool can be used on a lot of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and with HoloLens headsets.

 Remote Assist lets users to share live video and audio feeds with each other, particularly useful for troubleshooting and training purposes, as it allows remote workers to see and hear what their colleagues are seeing and hearing in real-time.

Another useful feature is the ability to annotate and draw on the live video feed, which allows users to highlight specific areas of interest or provide additional instructions. This can be especially helpful when trying to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance on a task.. especially new joinees, trainees etc. This could also be used by educators for example! Maintenance professionals, Healthcare workers, the list is endless. Remote Assist also includes a built-in call recording feature which means you dont need other tools to do this. It can also integrate easily with Power Platform and other enterprise Microsoft products 

In terms of usability, Remote Assist is relatively easy to use and navigate. The interface is intuitive, and the tool is designed to be used with minimal training

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

some users may need to get used to using the mixed reality features, such as the ability to annotate and draw on the live video feed. Even the newness to VR and AR and the UX takes some getting used to.

It helps assist with Remote Reviews, training and support, in 3D, helping us to really be present without being present. This is where most industries are headed!

Dynamics 365 works seamlessly as compared to the other tools, also it is simple and easy to use which every person can get used to and also user can assist any one on the any platform using dynamics 365.user can also initiate a Virtual reality assist , having hololens hardware using dynamics 365.

Nothing to be disliked for dynamics 364 remote assist

It helps technician in solving the complex technical problems faced by the people by seamlessly connecting using dynamics 365 as it provides VR facility technician get better understanding of the cause.

Combination of screenshots and video at the same time is the best feature of Dynamics 365 remote assist. Also, HoloLens allows you to have real time and handsfree experience by the help of voice commands.

The license available should be considered with the cost optimisation as Dynamics is very useful application and technology

It allows us to enable the virtual onsite experience with the help of the technology.

Best part is availability, security and access requirements. 
For connecting we can easily connect with it and be present virtually or nearly to attend any meets.

sometimes its difficult to connect and slow down and lags a bit.

In the hybrid model, working from home is relatively standard; in this case, remote assistance allows us to work with my team and be more productive in discussing and sharing information and helping the team significantly.

when not all of my friends use it, so it can only be used by office workers with advanced technology. wish the speed was even higher with an understandable price

when you have to stay at home, but office work must be completed immediately. Remote control devices are needed so you don't have to worry about the distance between the availability of different internet services or the like

During this covid19 pandemic, working together was made impossible, and this has affected the onsite working. Using Microsoft Dynamic, i was able to solve the following problems:-
01. I was at the client site without being physically present
02. I was able to minimize the covid19 risk
03. Assisting client was made easy using this app

Indeed the pricing as it could appear costlier to many people across globe

If cost isn't a problem and you require visiting the client's place to perform certain services, then Dynamics 365 could be the best choice for you. Apart from saving money you can also save a lot of time.

Many times i, as an accounting professional, needed to verify certain things physically, and reaching the client's place for every little thing, was impossible. Using Microsoft Dynamics, we use to connect clients and confirm the items over the internet.
This was cost-efficient, and it also saved a lot of time.

I still haven't found anything that bothers me when using Dynamics 365 Remote Assist

As it says, its main feature is the user can remotely assist someone, so this device is very helpful in the medical industry, manufacturing, aviation, or anywhere where there is a need of technitian

nothing, just the Hololens 2 price is out of the budget for most people

many times there is a scenario when a technician or the specialist cant reach a remote site, where most of the facilities are not available , remote assist helps to manage and assist any person to perform the task easily without knowing the knowledge of that work.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

The video and image quality is actually superb. For the most part it has been good at maintaining a quality video over time. Compared to other software, it doesn’t lag, freeze, or blur as frequently. 
It also has some good collaboration features and makes meeting with more than one person easy.

Also, the compatibility with Holo lens is awesome for collaborating in real time with teammates and coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?**

It’s very expensive. The cost is definitely prohibitive for teams that already have multiple expensive software subscriptions. 

Also there is a steep learning curve and configuring lens was difficult and more time consuming than what I was expecting for a Microsoft product. For the expensive cost and the fact that it’s from Microsoft, I expected it be easier to set up and have better customer support.

Make sure it’s worth the price!

Using it to look at, evaluate, and physically fix dialysis machines, which require expertise and technical skills. It’s better than FaceTime because the picture quality is better and with lens, there is a hands-free option.

Remote assist allows me to collaborate with my team and be more productive during the lock down. Has forced everyone in this spot to think about other channels of communication and although I appreciate the service, there is much room for improvement.

Good support, solid platform, good UX... it is good at what it does, but does it do enough

Lacks some key features that many others provide as standard

It is good for basic IT support cases, but less useful for complex scenarios where multiple stakeholders are involved
