We are very pleased with DreamClass, and dislikes are hard to come by. We do wish the SMS messaging was less costly, but it's entirely optional, and there are alternative solutions. Other features that feel lacking get addressed in short order, though sometimes they take a little development work. The basics are all there, but what I would consider to be some advanced automation features on the administrative side are still in development. That said, the team continues diligent work on those features to get them where we want them, and we fully expect everything to flow great in the coming weeks/months. DreamClass improves so rapidly that this minor "dislike" will certainly be remedied by the time the next user comes along. I really appreciate how easy it was to navigate DreamClass from the very beginning. Whenever I needed additional features to help both myself and my instructors save time and better manage our workflow, the support team has always been attentive and implemented every detail we requested. We have very few complaints about DreamClass. The only small enhancement we would appreciate is a simpler way to access students’ complete attendance records—especially the specific dates for present, unexcused, or unspecified days—directly from the student overview, instead of needing to navigate further into the system.
