What I like best about DreamClass is that it gives us everything we need to manage our school in one place, while still being simple and easy to use. From student records and attendance to grades, billing, and communication, DreamClass has made our day-to-day administration at Heritage Baptist Christian School much more efficient. What really sets DreamClass apart, though, is the customer support. Their support team is outstanding! Whenever I have a question or need help with something, they respond quickly, understand exactly what I am trying to accomplish, and provide the solution I need. I never feel like I am just getting a generic response—they actually listen and help. The software works great, the support is exceptional, and our overall experience has been extremely positive. DreamClass has become an important part of how we operate HBCS, and I would highly recommend it to other schools looking for a dependable school management system backed by a company that truly takes care of its customers.

What I enjoy most is being able to customize almost everything. This makes the system very versatile for K–12 schools.

Our Customer Support & Success Specialist, Connie Chatziangelaki, is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful when questions arise. She is consistently positive, kind, and patient in every interaction, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure we have the support we need.
