**What do you like best about dox42?**

Dox 42 helps us automate and create template-based documents that our HR personnel can use for onboarding clients, sending follow-up requests, and providing general information on our products. Dox42 helps to look professional and eases our minds by eliminating possible errors that could potentially be sent in our correspondence with a customer. Dox42 is also valubale internally. We use the document automation to send budget proposals and signature required documentation to the appropriate hierarchy for approval.

**What do you dislike about dox42?**

As a small tech company, Dox 42 has a support team that struggles with meeting the demands of its customers promptly. The support team is usually kind and well versed in their software integrations, but is not always prompt.

**Recommendations to others considering dox42:**

None. Really neat software that is simple, and scalable.

**What problems is dox42 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our HR team can integrate Dox 42 automation with our current existing setup in Sharepoint, Dropbox, and Airtable. Our documents can automatically sync with the provided templates that Dox 42 offers. The most beneficial asset is public developer documentation that allows us to integrate with any online data set using a simple API call.
