**What do you like best about Dotbooker?**

I am currently using Dotbooker for my beauty salon business, and I cannot tell you how happy I am using Dotbooker. The system saves so much of my time automating the manual tasks that I have now started focusing more on business management and growth. It has been a big help in membership, and automatic renewals, employee scheduling and payroll. These two tasks are what took most of my time, and now it's all managed by Dotbooker, and I click on buttons to view reports and decide on a strategy for my business growth. I would truly recommend Dotbooker to anyone who is looking to automate and grow their business.

**What do you dislike about Dotbooker?**

I looked for the Chatbot in the system, which is missing. So I have requested them, and they are positively working on embedding this feature in the next release.

**What problems is Dotbooker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a big help managing my salon's customer's packages and automatic renewals, employee scheduling, and payroll management. These two tasks were a time-consuming process at the time I was managing it manually, and now it's all managed by Dotbooker.

I would like to have more better website management tools

Accounting is a lot better
Payment automation 
Love the use of scheduling and payroll
