"Dope Security Product is Fantastic and Highly Recommend It!"

What do you like best about DOPE.SECURITY?

To start, the easy of use to setup, deployment of the agent and implementing policies. The easy of being able to manage different policies for different groups has been fantastic. The main UI was extremely fantastic to see the data, from the global perspective, to the policy violations, to the violation details and the shadow IT visbility. The ease of ingreation to our users was great, very little time to get it deployed to our user base (over 3500 users). Lastly the customer support has been great and even reaches the highest levels of Dope to ensure that the support is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?

What do you like best about DOPE.SECURITY?

The stand up time for DOPE is literally less than 5 minutes. No complicated policies to build, no outdated console and zero disruption to the end user experience. What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?

Some of the more expensive features found in some of the legacy solutions such as isolation aren't available yet, but DOPE is known for it's rapid product improvements and if there's enough of a desire for something like this, it WILL make it into the product. What do you like best about DOPE.SECURITY?

My experience with the SWG agent has been exceptional. The deployment process is straightforward, and the console is user-friendly and intuitive. Creating testing policies for different business units is a breeze. Additionally, the support team is outstanding. They respond promptly, take my concerns seriously, and work on solutions immediately. I highly recommend this excellent solution and the fantastic team behind it. Implementing SWG agents resolved our security challenges by providing real-time threat protection, granular policy controls, and comprehensive reporting and analytics. The real-time threat protection continuously monitored and filtered web traffic, effectively blocking malicious sites and downloads before they could cause harm. Granular policy controls allowed us to create specific policies for different business units, ensuring that each team had tailored security measures that met their unique needs. Additionally, the comprehensive reporting and analytics gave us detailed insights into web traffic and security incidents, enabling us to understand our security posture better and make informed decisions to enhance our defenses.
