The easy of being able to manage different policies for different groups has been fantastic. The main UI was extremely fantastic to see the data, from the global perspective, to the policy violations, to the violation details and the shadow IT visbility. The ease of ingreation to our users was great, very little time to get it deployed to our user base (over 3500 users). Lastly the customer support has been great and even reaches the highest levels of Dope to ensure that the support is there. **What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?** Nothing I can say is bad about the product, love it. **What problems is DOPE.SECURITY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution that would stop our users from accessing risky sites that caused data loss, malware being introduced to our envrionment and accessing unauthorized services. ### 2. No complicated policies to build, no outdated console and zero disruption to the end user experience. The customer support is second to none and the feature functionality is more advanced than the legacy competitors. **What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?** Some of the more expensive features found in some of the legacy solutions such as isolation aren't available yet, but DOPE is known for it's rapid product improvements and if there's enough of a desire for something like this, it WILL make it into the product. **What problems is DOPE.SECURITY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a quick and effective SWG with CASB capabilities that wasn't overly complex and didn't require back hauling our traffic. DOPE checks all these boxes and more! ### 3. Additionally, the support team is outstanding. They respond promptly, take my concerns seriously, and work on solutions immediately. I highly recommend this excellent solution and the fantastic team behind it. **What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?** I have no issues at the moment with the solution or team, Both have been fantastic. **What problems is DOPE.SECURITY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Implementing SWG agents resolved our security challenges by providing real-time threat protection, granular policy controls, and comprehensive reporting and analytics. The real-time threat protection continuously monitored and filtered web traffic, effectively blocking malicious sites and downloads before they could cause harm. Granular policy controls allowed us to create specific policies for different business units, ensuring that each team had tailored security measures that met their unique needs. Additionally, the comprehensive reporting and analytics gave us detailed insights into web traffic and security incidents, enabling us to understand our security posture better and make informed decisions to enhance our defenses. ### 4. Policy changes happen very quickly, almost instantly. **What do you dislike about DOPE.SECURITY?** Could use a multi-tentant dashboard and a way for admins to sign uses in during deployment. **What problems is DOPE.SECURITY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used multiple products like Dope before but they all have had issues with management and slowing down pages during scanning.
