&lt;p&gt;I’d look closely at the exception path between search and policy issuance. Straightforward files may flow cleanly, but title work gets interesting when a search surfaces liens, ownership discrepancies, or other curative items. The stronger workflow is the one that keeps those exceptions, supporting documents, approvals, and eventual policy issuance connected without staff rebuilding context manually.&lt;/p&gt;
