Doodle has made it much easier to "poll" what dates and times work best for meetings. It has saved us a lot of time and stress with trying to find the best times to meet for larger groups of people with varying calendars. You can easily create an account and the program is very simple to figure out. We use Doodle at least once a month. There is no real implementation time, you can use it immediately. There is not too much to dislike about Doodle. I think one of the things that would be nice would be a link to show the poll results without having to respond to the poll - I am sometimes needing to share results with staff that will not be needing to vote but is interested in the results. Even for users who don't have an account, I love how accessible Doodle is. It's great to be able to quickly post a variety of time options in our group chat so that everyone can easily see which days work best and pick one that works perfectly for everyone. The fact that we can see how many people are available at what times makes it super convenient when organising last-minute meetings or events - no more guessing whether enough people will turn up. I find Doodle's scheduling process quite cumbersome and lacking in some features. It would be great if there was an easier way for users to schedule multiple events at the same time, as this can be very time consuming when working with large groups of people. I absolutely love how easy to use Doodle is! The interface makes creating online surveys, scheduling events, and more incredibly easy. I especially appreciate the fact that it's so easy to understand, with clear text and appropriate colors. I was surprised at how effective this tool can be for collecting data through surveys; even better was the ability to instantly email these forms electronically without any hassle on a variety of different devices, including phones, tablets, or computers - making preparation times extremely fast while keeping order throughout the process consistent every time, no matter where you are or what device you're using. I've found Doodle to be quite useful, except for a few issues I've encountered with syncing and notifications. Unfortunately, the software tends to crash when I try to add an event or meeting to my calendar. Also, notifications do not always appear when one of my surveys is completed. Doodle is an essential tool for planning events with large and diverse attendee lists. In addition, Doodle allows event hosts to quickly duplicate time blocks across multiple days by providing simple tools for you to monitor responses on the site - both known and anonymous feedback is easily visible in real time.
