Domnus Systems is field operations management software built for construction, trades and maintenance businesses. It enforces daily compliance — crews are gated each morning until PPE, vehicle and van loadout checks are completed. Beyond compliance, it handles job scheduling with automatic recurring run generation, crew time tracking, staff certifications with expiry alerts, vehicle fleet management, equipment tracking, and a tamper-proof Compliance Vault with full audit trail. Crews use a mobile PWA on site, available in English and Spanish. All job photos are stored permanently in the Media Vault, timestamped and locked to job records. A real-time map view shows all active jobs at a glance. Built for scaffolding firms, roofing contractors, groundworks, electrical contractors, property maintenance, facilities management, landscaping and haulage businesses across the UK, Ireland and Spain.

**What do you like best about Domnus Systems?**

Domnus Systems has completely transformed how we manage our gardening rounds. As a landscaping business with recurring clients across the Costa Blanca, keeping track of scheduled visits, crew assignments, and job history used to be a nightmare. Since moving onto Domnus Systems, everything is in one place — the mobile app means my lads on the ground always know where they need to be and what needs doing, without me having to chase anyone. The recurring job scheduling alone has saved me hours every week. It’s built for trades businesses, not office workers, and that makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Domnus Systems?**

The platform is still relatively new so there are occasional rough edges, and I’d love to see more reporting features added over time. That said, any issues I’ve had have been sorted quickly when flagged. It’s a growing product and you can tell it’s being actively developed, which gives me confidence it’ll only get better.

**What problems is Domnus Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Domnus Systems, job scheduling was done through a mix of WhatsApp messages and written notes, which meant things got missed and clients didn’t always get consistent service. Now every job is logged, recurring visits are automated, and my team know their schedule without me having to coordinate everything manually. It’s saved me significant admin time each week and made the whole operation look far more professional to clients.
