It enforces daily compliance — crews are gated each morning until PPE, vehicle and van loadout checks are completed. Beyond compliance, it handles job scheduling with automatic recurring run generation, crew time tracking, staff certifications with expiry alerts, vehicle fleet management, equipment tracking, and a tamper-proof Compliance Vault with full audit trail. Crews use a mobile PWA on site, available in English and Spanish. All job photos are stored permanently in the Media Vault, timestamped and locked to job records. A real-time map view shows all active jobs at a glance. Built for scaffolding firms, roofing contractors, groundworks, electrical contractors, property maintenance, facilities management, landscaping and haulage businesses across the UK, Ireland and Spain.
