**What do you like best about Dokmee ECM?**

We handle so many documents that have to be shared internally and externally, so this application is a great tool to easily scan and organize files. At first, it was hard for our employees that are used to the traditional filing of documents, but they got the hang of it with minimal training and supervision. It has powerful features and syncs across our business system seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Dokmee ECM?**

Our documents tend to get more cluttered over time so we really have to set up strict naming conventions that are uniform across all departments. I wish there's a manual for that because we're new to switching to digital filing and our traditional filing conventions are not compatible to this new system.

**What problems is Dokmee ECM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like this platform and I think we won't be switching to other apps anytime soon. It really speeds up the storage and retrieval of our documents. The security features that we can apply are also great.
