Centralises key information and communications with customers, making sure nothing slips through the cracks - continuity of communication and action tracking really helps with customers feeling valued and supported, reducing churn risk.
Lots of well placed AI assistance to help productivity, such as ability for your customer to ask questions based on the information stored in their "space" that really reduced the amount of answering the same questions again and again.
