**What do you like best about Dokky?**

Really intuitive, with a growing number of integrations.
Centralises key information and communications with customers, making sure nothing slips through the cracks - continuity of communication and action tracking really helps with customers feeling valued and supported, reducing churn risk.
Lots of well placed AI assistance to help productivity, such as ability for your customer to ask questions based on the information stored in their "space" that really reduced the amount of answering the same questions again and again.
The team at Dokky are really helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Dokky?**

Although number of integrations growing, still relatively limited support for different video conferencing apps (just Zoom at the moment).

**What problems is Dokky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing customer relationships, communications and documentation. Allowing customers to self-serve, in a centralised portal allows continuity of communication and support for customers even out of our usual operating hours.
