"Fast, Easy eSignatures with Clear Tracking and Audit Trails"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

The ease of use and speed. DocuSign makes it simple to send documents for signature, track their status, and receive completed documents without having to manage paper or follow up manually. The audit trail and visibility into who has signed also make the process much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The pricing can be high, especially as the number of users and documents increases. Some of the more advanced features can also be difficult to find or require extra steps, and the interface could be more intuitive in certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reusable Templates and Automated Routing Cut Signing Turnaround to Hours"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

The custom reusable templates and automated signing order workflows provide the most value day to day instead of manually configuring recurring contacts setting up pre targeted templates cut document pre prep time from 20 minutes to under 2 mins. for multi-stakeholder approvals the sequential routing feature ensured agreement automatically move to the next approval without manual follow ups shrinking turnaround times from days to few hours an unexpected benefit has been the real time auditory and monitor mobile signing experience stakeholders routinely review & high priority agreements from their phones within minutes of receiving a notification eliminating end of month bottlenecks completely. What do you dislike about Docusign?

The biggest friction comes from rigid posts and editing once an envelope is sent correcting a minor recipient typo so I have page often requires voiding the entire agreement which wipes previous signatures and forces everyone to restart from scratch pricing transparency is another major issue the entry tiers impose strict annual envelope limits with costly overhead charges while essential capabilities like sms verification bulk sense and advanced integration remain locked behind expensive enterprise plans additionally the administrative backend is cumbersome while the recipient signing view is intuitive setting up conditional logic field validations and multi tier routing rules on the sender side fees dated clunky and requires unnecessary trial and error. "Streamlined Document Signing, Instant Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I love how I can use DocuSign electronically and send documents to recipients easily and quickly. I also appreciate that the platform offers different plans like Standard and Business Pro, and commercial users with more features, which provide flexibility and options. Additionally, I find DocuSign's integration with tools like Microsoft applications and Google Drive very convenient, enabling me to send and sign documents without leaving the app. The initial setup is straightforward, requiring just a phone number and email. I also like how convenient DocuSign is compared to competitors' products, and my team and I really enjoy using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I think some users struggle with DocuSign's features because they're not familiar with how to use them. Even though DocuSign has associates to help with user queries, having more instructional videos could really bridge that gap. Instead of having users call with specific concerns, it would be helpful to have more resources showing how to use different features. This would help users understand the functions better and not just send more envelopes without knowing all the capabilities DocuSign offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Simplifies Contract Signing and Keeps Everything in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is that it takes a lot of the back-and-forth out of getting documents signed. We use it regularly for contracts and other documents that need multiple people to review and sign. The reusable templates are probably the feature I use the most because I don't have to set up the same fields and signing order from scratch every time.

I also like being able to see where a document is in the process without having to email someone and ask if they've signed it yet. The automatic reminders are useful too, especially when a document has been sitting with someone for a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The main thing I don't like about DocuSign is that some parts of the process feel more complicated than they need to be. Signing a document is straightforward, but when I need to upload something, make changes, add multiple recipients, or adjust the signing order, there can be quite a few steps to go through.

I also find it a little difficult to keep track of documents when there are a lot of them. Another small frustration is that if I spot a mistake in the PDF, DocuSign isn't really the place I go to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Makes Secure, Fast Signing Easy for Our Distributed Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

As a company with employees all across the country, we enjoy the flexibility DocuSign gives us to securely have documents filled out and signed in a fast, easy way. It's easy to add new users when needed, and we've never had issues with the site's performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There are abilities within Google that allow you to do similar things without additional cost. Docusign's price isn't bad. But depending on what your budget is and what and how often you are using it, that might be the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Implementation, Unmatched Convenience"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really appreciate Docusign for how it eliminates the need for wet signatures, which saves us money, time, and the hassle of coordinating in-person signatures. The feature I like most is the ability to remind the signor to complete documents, which is super helpful because emails can sometimes get lost. It's great that the Docusign system can send reminders daily or weekly until the document is fully signed. I also found the initial setup to be extremely easy, probably the quickest software implementation we've ever had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I don't like that we're charged for every voided document we send. It's frustrating to pay for expired documents that aren't completed due to the negligence of a client and not us, the accountholder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Reliable Document Signing That Keeps Everything Secure and Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I use it every day in my role, and it’s been a huge help. We deal with legal documents constantly, so having something that makes signing fast and keeps everything organized in one secure place has really simplified my workflow.

The integrations have been a big plus too. It connects easily with the tools we already use, so I’m not jumping between systems or uploading the same document twice. Everything just fits into our process without extra steps.

Performance‑wise, it’s been solid. Documents send quickly, signatures come back fast, and even when we’re handling a lot at once, it doesn’t slow down. That reliability matters when you’re working with time‑sensitive paperwork.

As far as pricing and ROI, it’s honestly worth it. The time saved alone makes a noticeable difference, and it cuts down on mistakes and delays. It’s one of those tools that pays for itself just by keeping things moving smoothly.

And the support and onboarding were great. Getting started was easy, and anytime we had questions, someone was there to help. The whole setup process was straightforward, which made adoption across the team a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The only issues we’ve had have been with clients entering their passwords or other sign-in information. Customers seem to struggle with following the instructions, which makes it harder for them to sign in successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Professional E-Signatures with Easy Tracking and Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like how easy it makes the signing process. I can send a document, track its status, collect signatures, and keep everything organized without a lot of back-and-forth.

The user experience is simple, and recipients generally don’t need much instruction. Turnaround is fast too—signatures can often be collected in minutes instead of days. The tracking and notifications are especially helpful because it’s easy to see who has signed and what’s still pending. It also feels professional and secure, which is important for contracts and other key documents. On top of that, the integrations make it easy to fit into many existing business workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

What I dislike most about DocuSign is that the pricing can feel expensive, especially for individuals or small businesses that only need signatures occasionally. On top of that, some features are split across different plans, which makes it harder to understand what you’re actually getting with each option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Secure Remote Signing with DocuSign—Agreements Done in Minutes"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

A speedy, secure way to have as many people as you need sign a document. It’s so much more efficient than emailing agreements around and waiting while they’re passed along; everything can be completed in minutes when all parties use instant remote signing from their device.

Freedom! You can sign docs from anywhere you have a Wi‑Fi connection. No more running to the office for a PC, or dealing with a clunky old fax machine. I love using DocuSign, and I use it whenever I need an extra-secure chain of custody for document signing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

If someone in the chain of signatures makes a mistake, the whole process has to be started over from the beginning. It’s frustrating, but I understand it’s necessary to keep the process secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Document execution with testy navigations"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I appreciate the simplicity of having all the required documents compiled into one file, with the initials and signatures already clearly marked, which guided me straight to the right spots to add them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I often got lost right after entering my initials or signature. It felt like the document’s scalability was severely affected: the page would jump around and then wouldn’t move forward to the next step. Sometimes I ended up back at the beginning. Even though the required areas were indicated or highlighted, navigating through the whole process was tense and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
