After FileThis shut down, I was stuck looking for something that wouldn’t break every time a bank updated its website. DocGenie has been that rare "set it and forget it" tool for me. I use it to pull statements from Chase, Amex, Navy Federal, and M&T Bank, and I haven't run into a single disconnection loop yet. The interface is also a huge step up. The only real drawback is the pricing for individual users. It’s definitely a premium service, so the cost might feel a bit steep if you are only managing a couple of personal accounts. However, for a business or anyone handling a high volume of statements, the quality justifies the investment.
