After FileThis shut down, I was stuck looking for something that wouldn’t break every time a bank updated its website. DocGenie has been that rare "set it and forget it" tool for me. I use it to pull statements from Chase, Amex, Navy Federal, and M&T Bank, and I haven't run into a single disconnection loop yet. The interface is also a huge step up. It’s modern, intuitive, and much faster to navigate than the older tools I’ve used in the past. It’s just very quick to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only real drawback is the pricing for individual users. It’s definitely a premium service, so the cost might feel a bit steep if you are only managing a couple of personal accounts. However, for a business or anyone handling a high volume of statements, the quality justifies the investment. The support is also a major plus, it’s fast and feels very personalized, which makes the price point easier to swallow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
