**What do you like best about Diversity Sync'd?**

Working in the NDIS space, what I find most valuable about Diversity Sync is how it brings everything into one secure, easy-to-use platform. Managing rostering, client notes, incident reporting, and compliance can normally be quite time-consuming and scattered across different systems, but Diversity Sync streamlines all of that in one place.

The biggest upside for me is the time it saves on admin tasks. Documentation is straightforward, and it ensures that all client information and records are consistent, up-to-date, and audit-ready. This is especially important in NDIS, where compliance and accurate reporting are critical.

Another standout is the support team. The staff are incredibly reliable and responsive, and the ticketing system is extremely easy to use, much simpler than a lot of other platforms I’ve worked with. Issues or questions are handled quickly, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced care environment.

I also appreciate how it supports frontline staff in real time. Being able to quickly access client notes, log incidents, and update records improves both efficiency and quality of care. It reduces stress around paperwork and allows more focus on supporting participants.

Overall, Diversity Sync makes day-to-day operations smoother, improves accountability, and helps ensure we’re always meeting compliance standards while delivering better care.

**What do you dislike about Diversity Sync'd?**

I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides. If anything, there can be a small learning curve for new users, but once you’re familiar with the system, it becomes very easy to use and actually saves a lot of time.”

**What problems is Diversity Sync'd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Diversity Sync is solving the challenge of having multiple disconnected systems for rostering, documentation, incident reporting, and compliance. In the NDIS space, managing all of this separately can lead to inefficiencies, missed information, and increased risk around compliance.

By bringing everything into one platform, it removes a lot of manual work and reduces the chances of errors or gaps in documentation. This has made a big difference in keeping records consistent, accurate, and audit-ready at all times.

From a business perspective, it helps solve issues around time management, accountability, and compliance. Staff spend less time on admin and more time supporting participants, while management has better visibility over operations, incidents, and reporting.

For me personally, it’s made day-to-day tasks much more efficient. I can quickly access client information, update notes, and log incidents in real time without needing to switch between systems. It also gives peace of mind knowing everything is stored securely and meets NDIS requirements.

Overall, it improves workflow, reduces admin burden, and helps ensure a higher standard of care and compliance.

The most helpful thing about Diversity Sync’d is that it synchronises all client, staff, and compliance information into a single system, and the upside is safer care, stronger governance, better decisions, and a more efficient organisation

The downsides of Diversity Sync’d are minor, manageable, and mostly related to normal change-management, not actual system performance. None affect safety, governance, compliance, or service delivery.
