**What do you like best about Ditat?**

Constant upgrade. Always in search of perfection.

**What do you dislike about Ditat?**

They need better visual design. The current design looks old-fashioned.

**What problems is Ditat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every possible steps in trucking business can be done on DITAT. Starting from routing fleet, to the payments of the drivers.

**What do you like best about Ditat?**

It's a really user-friendly software, that helps to organize all the necessary data on the one page. It's easy to manage and monitor things that must be on top.

**What do you dislike about Ditat?**

I would say that they need to add more tools that can be integrated into TMS, it will help users to customize it for their needs. But in general, it is a really good TMS.

**What problems is Ditat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a carrier sales I got tones of loads each day, and DItat helps me to organize it in the correct way. I can track my shipments and be sure that I didn't lose anything important.

There are many forms of automation in the platform and it's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ditat?**

There isn't an option to perform truck inspections.

This is truly an all-in-one platform that opens the doors to operating your business anywhere.

**What problems is Ditat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ditat is adding the ability to automate detention - This will help us tremendously to capture costs we might have missed.
