The solution goes beyond just folders, and allows users to export assets in commonly used formats and sizes to help cut down on editing and formatting work. **What do you dislike about Digital Asset Management?** DAM systems are typically easy to use, but cloud-based solutions can get pricey with higher amounts of data...especially as video assets become higher resolution formats. **What problems is Digital Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing and tagging our assets to make them more easily findable and searchable for the organization. This saves staff time searching through myriads of old folders of content that may be located in several different areas across an organization. ### 2. Sometimes that's as simple as automatically resizing assets for different screen sizes, sometimes it's the ability to completely reframe and edit an image without having to utilize an offline, more manual workflow. And of course, digital asset management improves collaboration between team members by making it easier to organize and find images, whitepapers, and other content. **What problems is Digital Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital asset management solves helps with organizing and locating files shared with content teams. Being able to tag assets, being able search and filter and sort, all reduce the time it takes to chase down an image or a video. By centralizing where this work is done, it helps the content team break bad habits of looking on a shared drive, or dropbox, or searching your inbox, etc. And using digital asset management gives a more fine-grained control over access - who can view assets, who can upload them, who can edit them, and so forth. ### 3. It has helped organize our assets and created better processes along the way. **What do you dislike about Digital Asset Management?** Nothing I dislike, but it isn't easy when working with hundreds of thousands of assets and ensuring all the assets have the correct permissions and metadata to be found easily. **What problems is Digital Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many departments were working in silos and going around the process. Some departments didn't know our organization had a wide range of assets available to them. They didn't know what departments to reach out to or what to ask. Now with our digital asset management platform, it has made it the easy one-stop place for employees to go to. ### 4.
