**What do you like best about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

Safety is a big deal when it comes to using Didi, the recording feature to be more specific. Also saving money and the competition with other platforms is great for users and even drivers.

**What do you dislike about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

I personally had an issue getting a refund for an over charge that happened because of a driver's mistake.

**What problems is DiDi Enterprise Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less hassle, booking is quick and the app even compensates if a driver decided to cancel.

Peace of mind, trips are recorded and tracked

**What do you like best about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

I used the DiDi app during when i work in china , very useful app for th Taxi , very quick check and get the taxi near by , good quality of the car and many options for the bill payments

**What do you dislike about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

I was using the English version of the DiDi app in china as i dont know chinese , some of the details are not understood due to the transualtion , enhancing the English will help many forigners to use this application in China

**What problems is DiDi Enterprise Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

very convinet for to call a taxi and economical for travel

**What do you like best about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

Didi is China's version of Uber except more reliable and extremely affordable (due to the Chinese cost of living). Whenever I didn't walk or share a care with a friend or colleague, Didi was always my #1 choice!

**What do you dislike about DiDi Enterprise Solutions?**

Sometimes the Didi drivers would be a bit rude but that would be in situations that didn't happen too often. I lived in China for 5 years up until June 2022 and I relied heavily on Didi!

**What problems is DiDi Enterprise Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Didi solves the issue of transportation and the ability (or lack thereof) to get from point A to point B. Using the Didi app was undeniable user-friendly and offered both Chinese and English versions.  I always kept the app on both of my mobile devices which allowed me to continue to use them even after returning to China during the pandemic when the app was no longer available for new downloads. I was very fortunate to still access mine.
