The Swvl application is simple to use. Once you have entered your pickup and drop-off location, it will show you the nearest Swvl stations. Buses travel at different times, and you can choose the time that suits you best. Swvl offers promotions and free balance when you refer friends and family to use it. Swvl provides better service than other online applications. Swvl buses are in very good condition, neat and clean, with good communication from their drivers. The drivers know the route of every location very easily and are very well-mannered. **What do you dislike about Swvl for Business?** There is one dislike from my side about Swvl. I hate the fact that I can only book two seats, as more than one person may need to travel. Swvl does not have a bus stop for any particular board. I think you need to put up a poster so that you can recognize the Swvl stop. They should take more steps for the advertisement of Swvl. **Recommendations to others considering Swvl for Business:** Affordable for traveling. Easy to use. Safer than others like Uber and Careem, which are costly. But Swvl is affordable and good for traveling. **What problems is Swvl for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem solved through Swvl is always reaching my location on time. Comfortable drive with Swvl. Safer to travel with Swvl, there is no tension of accidents or any issues happening while traveling with Swvl drivers. I always reach my office on time and always attend my classes on time with the help of Swvl. ### 5. The buses travel at different times and you can choose the time that suits you best. Swvl gives promos and free balance if you refer your friends to use it. **What do you dislike about Swvl for Business?** Being able to book only two seats is what I dislike as sometimes more than two people might need to travel. Swvl doesn't have their bus stops with specific board, I believe Swvl stops should be made recognizable by applying some poster. **What problems is Swvl for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swvl has made everyday travel comfortable and economical. It is safer to travel with other people as well. The buses of Swvl unlike normal buses are in very good condition and have air conditioning. ### 12.
