I find it incredibly valuable that Dextego learns from customer interactions and provides personalized coaching for every customer call, significantly increasing our deal closing rates this year. Furthermore, I appreciate that all training materials are consolidated in a single library, streamlining our learning management processes. I find Dextego lacking in providing specialized support for account management, especially around expansion opportunities. Although it's effective for sales, I believe it could enhance its utility for post-sales by offering a 360-degree view dashboard for existing customers and showing usage trends with growth signals.
