What do you like best about Dextego?

I love Dextego for its comprehensive ability to unify all mission critical communications across various platforms such as email, CRM, and Zoom, which enables me to be proactive in sales operations. I find it incredibly valuable that Dextego learns from customer interactions and provides personalized coaching for every customer call, significantly increasing our deal closing rates this year. This capability ensures that my team approaches each customer interaction with the right context. Furthermore, I appreciate that all training materials are consolidated in a single library, streamlining our learning management processes. The seamless integration of Dextego with our CRM tool enhances the overall efficiency of our workflows. I was particularly impressed with how quickly we were able to onboard with Dextego, completing the setup in just a few hours. Overall, I am highly satisfied with how well Dextego supports our sales operations and I feel that its detailed roadmap promises additional enhancements, which is exciting. I am also pleased with how readily it integrates with other tools we use such as CRM, chat, and email, creating a cohesive working environment. These features make Dextego invaluable to our team. What do you dislike about Dextego?

I find Dextego lacking in providing specialized support for account management, especially around expansion opportunities. Although it's effective for sales, I believe it could enhance its utility for post-sales by offering a 360-degree view dashboard for existing customers and showing usage trends with growth signals.
