Device Magic is a great platform for field work. It makes it easy to collect pictures and connect with other platforms, and the app performs reliably. Their support team is very responsive and helpful, which makes onboarding and troubleshooting smooth. The platform also provides solid value for the cost. They did help us resolve it, but it still disrupted our ongoing process.
