The implementation was ease and smooth as well as the customer support (which we rarly need - and I guess that's a good sign). Every time we were in contact everything was solved quick and within minutes actually. We work with the Microsoft 365 solution so its great that we are able to add it to Teams, so people can access it very easily. **What do you dislike about desk.ly?** There's nothing really.
