That's a nice feature. That's the nicest thing I can say about their website. **What do you dislike about Dental Select?** Where to start?? Although the faxback/email of information is nice, it would be so much more convenient to just be able to find the information on the website! It is SO not user-friendly. Trying to look up a claim is nearly impossible. I've complained to them more than once, however, nothing has changed. The website only tells you if someone is eligible and nothing more. The former site gave SO much more info, even if it looked a little dated. I expect to be able to find most if not all of the information I need at my finger tips. Isn't that the purpose of the website?! The only thing I have found it useful for is eligibility and a faxback of benefits. I gave this review awhile ago, it's probably been over a year, and NOTHING has changed. You still get absolutely NO information on the website what-so-ever. Boo. **What problems is Dental Select solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't really noticed any benefits with Dental Select. I used to give out their information to patients looking for an individual policy, but since they have changed their website, I no longer do that. ### 3. It was slow at first but they've really ironed out the kinks to make it a very smooth and simple tool to use to manage your accounts. **What do you dislike about Dental Select?** Sometimes weird errors pop up after entering enrollment. I've contacted support to see about getting them fixed, but I've not received any sort of resolution to that. However, despite having these weird error messages pop up, the enrollment does not get impacted. **What problems is Dental Select solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dental select does a large portion of our clients dental and vision policies. ### 4.
