I haven't come across anything that I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably the ONLY feature of their not-so-new website is that they will send a faxback of the information, or you can have it emailed instead. That's a nice feature. That's the nicest thing I can say about their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start?? Although the faxback/email of information is nice, it would be so much more convenient to just be able to find the information on the website! It is SO not user-friendly. Trying to look up a claim is nearly impossible. I've complained to them more than once, however, nothing has changed. The website only tells you if someone is eligible and nothing more. The former site gave SO much more info, even if it looked a little dated. I expect to be able to find most if not all of the information I need at my finger tips. Isn't that the purpose of the website?! The only thing I have found it useful for is eligibility and a faxback of benefits. I gave this review awhile ago, it's probably been over a year, and NOTHING has changed. You still get absolutely NO information on the website what-so-ever. Boo. Their new broker portal is amazing. It was slow at first but they've really ironed out the kinks to make it a very smooth and simple tool to use to manage your accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes weird errors pop up after entering enrollment. I've contacted support to see about getting them fixed, but I've not received any sort of resolution to that. However, despite having these weird error messages pop up, the enrollment does not get impacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you get a list of dentists in your area, you can't click on their name to find out more about them, like their educational background or what languages they speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
