## Kubex Reviews
  ### 1. Responsive UX, Powerful Drill-Downs, and Collaborative Support from Kubex

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

The user experience and drill-down capabilities are great and responsive, and they make it easier to understand the optimization potential. Kudos to the Kubex team as well for being collaborative and working closely with customers to help ensure a solid return on investment. Love the AI agentic, integration and automation capabilities of the product too!

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

It would be good to have a interactive timeline view of cost optimizations and savings over period of months.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kubex, we were largely guessing at CPU and memory requests for our Kubernetes workloads. To stay on the safe side, we routinely over-provisioned, which drove up cloud spend without clear evidence it was necessary. Engineers also spent a lot of time chasing performance issues, tweaking resources by hand, and trying to interpret cluster metrics across multiple tools.

Now we mostly rely on Kubex’s AI-driven recommendations and automation, and that has led to lower costs, better performance, and less operational toil. Rather than manually combing through dashboards, teams get prioritized, actionable recommendations that can be applied automatically through policies.

FinOps, SREs, and application owners are finally looking at the same data in Kubex, which makes it much easier to align on changes and track their impact over time.

  ### 2. Kubex Delivers Smart Resizing Insights with a Much-Improved UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

We have been using Densify (now Kubex) for several years to obtain resource resizing recommendations and have had consistently positive experiences. The team is highly responsive to customer feedback and demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering enhancements in a timely manner. The recent rebranding to Kubex introduced a number of valuable new capabilities, including agentic AI and support for EKS and ECS recommendations, along with significant improvements to the user interface.

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

The previous user interface was challenging to navigate and exporting certain reports was inconsistent across some browsers. However, following the recent rebranding, these issues appear to have been fully addressed, and I no longer have any negative feedback regarding the product.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Kubex for instance resizing recommendations as well and EKS and ECS optimization recommendations. We also leverage their Catalog Map to identify alternative instance options when the recommended instance isn’t feasible.

  ### 3. Workload-Aware Rightsizing for Azure & GCP with Actionable Cost Impact Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitie A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

Densify provides rightsizing recommendations across both Azure and GCP using consistent methodology, which makes it easier to standardize our cost optimization approach and compare efficiency across platforms. The recommendations are workload-aware, accounting for actual performance patterns rather than just average utilization, and extend beyond VM rightsizing to include container-specific recommendations for AKS clusters like pod resource requests/limits and node pool sizing. Densify analyzes extended lookback periods to capture seasonal variations and workload spikes, providing actionable insights with clear cost impact projections and risk assessments that make it easier to prioritize optimizations and build business cases.

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

Kubex does not accommodate Oracle Cloud at this time but will in 2026.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has provide rightsizing recommendations for AKS and IaaS GCP and Azure virtual machines that are tailored to business needs.

  ### 4. Insight-Driven Cloud Optimization You Can Trust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

User-friendly, consantly improving interface. Onboarding steps are straightforward and documentation is clear. Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable and follows you in each step of the porcess, from onboarding to activating more advanced features. All the provided suggestions are decorated with useful insights which allow techincal figures to better trust the produced recommendations. Additionally, Densify integrates smoothly with major cloud providers and existing infrastructure tools, minimizing disruption and maximizing compatibility.

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

While the user interface is intuitive, the wide range of features means there is a learning curve, and some experience is needed to take full advantage of everything Densify offers. Regularly checking the dashboard helps ensure you benefit from the latest insights and recommendations. Although exporting options could be expanded, the platform’s strengths in integration and actionable intelligence more than make up for this, resulting in a very satisfying overall experience.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Densify is helping our team to reduce cloud infrastructure costs allowing us to correctly size compute and kubernetes environments.

  ### 5. Precision Meets Intelligence: Elevating FinOps with Densify

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

Densify has brought a level of clarity and control to our cloud resource optimization that frankly feels like a superpower. Its machine learning–driven recommendations are not only accurate but also actionable, making it easy to transition from insight to execution without the usual friction. The platform excels at contextualizing optimization decisions — especially in containerized environments — and supports a proactive FinOps culture rather than a reactive one. It’s rare to find a solution that engineers actually trust and finance teams appreciate. Densify hits that sweet spot.

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

If there’s one enhancement I’d love to see, it would be the ability to save custom account filter presets. While the current filtering system allows you to select specific accounts to view associated resources — which is definitely helpful — being able to group accounts into named sets (e.g., “Team A Accounts”, “Prod Environments”) and quickly apply those groupings as reusable filters would make the platform even more efficient for users managing complex, multi-account environments. It’s a small quality-of-life improvement, but one that would save time and reduce repetitive manual filtering.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting Densify, our resource optimization process was largely manual. We used Datadog to monitor utilization, but analyzing that data and identifying the right instance types required a lot of time, context-switching, and operator judgment. It worked — but it wasn’t scalable or efficient.

Densify changed that dynamic completely. It automates the analysis, highlights optimization opportunities with clarity, and delivers data-backed recommendations we can trust. The result has been a significant reduction in manual effort, more consistent decision-making, and better visibility into where and how we can optimize.

Perhaps most importantly, Densify has helped bring structure to what was previously an ad-hoc process. We can now generate reports that clearly justify optimization decisions, making it easier to communicate with stakeholders and drive alignment around resource planning — all based on objective data, not just intuition.

  ### 6. Great tool for Kubernetes Cost tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Kubex?**

Candle Stick Charts help us to track the burst performance of the application every hour
With the help of the Helm chart, it becomes easy to install

**What do you dislike about Kubex?**

It doesn't report the cost based on the network.

**What problems is Kubex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it provides Candle Stick Charts, it helps us track the burst performance of the application.
It tracks all the containers, so we can analyse the performance of the sidecar as well.
We had overprovisioned & underprovisioned resources, it helped us to maintain the right balance within the cluster.
Since we configured the AWS Cost Tracking so it helped us to select right Instance Types and rightsize them as well.
