The best thing about Demand-Driven Supply Planning is the user-friendliness of the software. It is very easy to use and give the insights in a very concise and actionable format. It is itegrated in our systems and we frequently use it.

The only negative I find about the Demand-Driven Supply Planning is the customer support, that is very slow and takes time to respond with reverts that are sub-standard. A basic feedback for the team as well.
