  ### 1. Going from client base to web base has not been user friendly

**What do you like best about Deltek TIP Technologies?**

Documenting nonconformances for receiving & in-process for MRB Activity.

**What do you dislike about Deltek TIP Technologies?**

Stopped using Training module in June 2024 since it was duplicating the docs when uploaded. 

Using the nonconformance report is nice but when you go to print, there is a typo that has to be fixed in df format before sending to customer. Compatibility to our ERP System (Syspro) has not been the greatest.

**What problems is Deltek TIP Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure what they are doing to solve the issue, I try to use it as less as possibly but would love to see what other modules we could benefit from.
