I don’t have to worry about taxes, task submissions, working-time calculations, and so on. I also appreciate how it stays compliant with local laws abroad, so you don’t have to stress about compliance requirements or your contract terms and conditions. On top of that, I love the seamless onboarding process and the wide range of options available for withdrawing your money.

Maybe the Android app needs some optimization to speed things up. It takes a lot of time to open and to navigate through, but I’m sure they’ll find a solution for that soon.

Deel Hire has quickly become one of my favorite tools for global talent acquisition. The ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple countries in just a few clicks is impressive. I especially love the built-in compliance features — it automatically handles contracts, tax forms, and local labor laws, which removes so much stress from international hiring.

The candidate experience is excellent too; everything feels modern and professional. Plus, the seamless integration with Deel’s payroll and EOR services means I can move a new hire from offer to active employee without switching platforms. It’s a true end-to-end hiring solution that saves time and reduces risk.

Deel Hire is already excellent, but here are a few areas where I believe it could improve:

- Customizable hiring workflows: More flexibility to build custom stages, approval processes, and automated triggers would be valuable for companies with unique hiring processes.

Overall, these are relatively minor enhancements. Deel Hire is still one of the strongest global hiring platforms available, and I’m very satisfied with it.

I appreciate being able to post my hours organically and get payments processed without any hassle. The platform also makes it easy to manage payment withdrawals regarding accounts and timings. The ease of the initial setup was great, helped by a checklist to ensure I provide all necessary documentation and sign contracts. It's simple to use and offers cards that can be spent in international currency, so we don't have to pay much in taxes when converting to our local currency. I also like the organizational charts and the advanced payment features. Additionally, the integration is very helpful, allowing me to transfer money from my Deel account to my voice account within a few seconds.

I like that Deel Hire is pretty simple to use and straightforward. The onboarding process is pretty clear, which makes it easier even though there are a lot of things to configure. I appreciate how the platform guides you through the process, so you never feel lost. Configuring things like taxes is made easy, and I feel confident that I'm compliant with all regulations. It's also helpful when dealing with forms to declare my non-resident status in the United States, which allows for skipped steps that are managed automatically through the platform. This makes it easy and ensures everything gets configured properly.

I'm not a huge fan of the intense or consistent push to download the app because you can do the same on the website. I prefer using the website and having all work-related things on the computer. Also, getting a card to access your funds costs between $5 to $10 plus shipping, and that's not cool. But besides that, I think everything works fine.

As a relatively new user, I was able to quickly figure out how to review and sign my contract, check my payments, and explore the main features without needing much guidance.

I also appreciate that everything is centralized. I can manage my contract, track my earnings, and handle withdrawals all in one place. The withdrawal process is straightforward, and I can choose the method or card that works best for me depending on what’s most convenient.

The Deel Card is another feature I find useful because it gives me quick access to my earnings without additional fees. The mobile app is also handy, since it lets me check updates and manage my account anytime.

Another helpful feature is the AI chat. When I asked about time off, it guided me and pointed me directly to the option, which made it easier to find something I hadn’t used before.

I just got introduced to Deel Hire, but I didn't even need someone to explain how to use it because everything was so simple and convenient. It's great that it includes every country, which is important for me coming from a small country, Kosovo. I also like the Advance payout feature, which is really nice if you need it. Not having to worry about transferring money from a foreign bank to my bank account is a big plus, and I don't need to print and sign contracts manually, which saves time. The easy-to-use platform and the nice contract preview stand out to me. I'm thrilled with the automatic withdrawal feature, where my pay goes directly to my bank account, and the availability of Deel cards is convenient too. The initial setup was as easy as it gets, so much so that I did it all by myself without needing any help from HR. Overall, Deel Hire gets a perfect 10 out of 10 from me.

I haven't encountered any problems so far with Deel Hire, which has been a plus. Deel Hire is a user-friendly tool where I can easily set up my account, and it automatically creates invoices for me. I don't have to worry about the format or the details needed for the invoices as Deel handles that for me. I just input the amount based on the contract, and it generates an invoice for the client, who can then view the created invoice. The initial setup was so much easier, and the verification process was simple as well. Overall, I find it very beneficial for payroll management.

Probably the outright crediting to my Peso account. I haven't tried any withdrawal at the moment. I just don't know if the payment from the client comes in to my Deel account and transfer from Deel to my Peso account, will that be created outright? The special feature I like the most about Deel Hire is the contract creation and signing. I just need to get the details of the contractor at the onboarding stage and create the contract within the platform. Then, send it directly to the contractor for signing, even the trails of the transaction are recorded. No need for paperwork and back-and-forth emails, and you can do this for multiple contractors as well. It's very useful in the sense that this feature is efficient. I don't need to spend hours creating a cloud folder to store Word file templates for contract creation; I can do it at once with Deel Hire, needing only the company specifications and the contractor's contact details to receive the contract.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

I think the flexibility on what banks can we withdraw our payments as an independent contractor. Not all banks can be used to receive payments from Deel. I hope there are options for other digital banks to be included in the platform for receiving of payments, such as MariBank and GoTyme. Initially, it can be confusing, hence the change of set-up, and everything done digitally.

How practical it is to manage your income from several sources, redirect it to your accounts or use the credit card, instead of just getting the transfer and not able to manage it once it has reached my local bank. Also I like the management of assets provided by the company that you get reflected in the platform.

I don't like that I can only add bank accounts related to me. For instance my parents live overseas, and it would be very useful to me to split their allowance directly from Deel from their account; but as their bank account is not under my name, I cannot do that.

Income management, as that helps me to use my money in a better way, either by spending it with the credit card, or transfering it to different accounts I have (for instance my mortgage is on bank A but my main savings are on bank B), I love that. They have excellent support. I once had an issue with a transaction of more than 50000 USD due to banking regulations however the support team was extremely useful to solve that. Also no charges were deducted when the transaction was eventually reversed by my bank.

I would really like a native mobile application instead of something that feels pretty slow and more like a web view inside an application. Also sometimes the transaction (SWIFT) could take a little longer but I am not sure if it is on Deel side.

I find Deel Hire to be transparent and trustworthy in their operations. The platform is very intuitive and straightforward, making it really easy for me to use.

They are taking long to solve issues with some contracts with problematic companies. I know it is not their fault, but they should vet better their partners (and even the partners of their partners). There are shady companies that will cause trouble and Deel Hire should be prepared to react quickly when these situations arise. Deel Hire should be prepared to offer quick solutions for employees in the form of economic compensation if some conditions of labor abuse are met. The funds for this should be advanced by the hiring companies as a form of a security deposit.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

Easiest way I have had to be paid remotely. Therms and conditions are always clear and I have never had any issue to contact the help team nor did I ever had a problem withrawing my money.

I feel very safe when logging in with the QR code from my main device. In general, Deel feels very safe to use.

Starting to use Deel as your contracting method is very easy an intuitive. Clear steps to follow and instructions to set up the account.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

Not all the withrawal methods are available in every country. I used to live in Ecuador and had very few methods. Now I reside in Argentina and I have methods such as Astropay that are very helpfull.

Also the platform can be a little bit slow than others, but it doesn't really make the user experience worse in any way.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to get paid for my remote jobs. This allows me to expand my work search overseas trusting that I will be able to sign a contract.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

I use Deel Hire for PEO Providers, and it has made salary payments easier between me and the company. I love how the Deel support team is super helpful; they responded quickly when I had a login issue and resolved it very fast. I really appreciate the simplicity of payment withdrawals. They save my account details on the platform, so I just need to click a few buttons, and it's done. Plus, the transfer is processed almost immediately, and I receive funds in my PT Bank account the same day. The initial setup of Deel Hire was super easy.

Nothing negative so far.

Deel Hire simplifies my salary payments with easy withdrawals and same-day fund transfers. The platform remembers my account details, making transactions just a few clicks away. Their support team promptly solved my login and two-factor authentication issues.

**What do you like best about Deel Hire?**

First of all, I can find other useful information here, such as holidays, when I’m going to receive the payment, and a unique platform to track expenses. In addition, there are many benefits available, although I haven’t used them yet since they’re not of interest to me.

**What do you dislike about Deel Hire?**

The benefits aren’t really relevant to my interests. The UI is sometimes not very user-friendly, because it’s hard to figure out where to find the information that matters to me (expenses I’ve sent, transactions, etc.). Also, the latest update to the expenses section was awful and confusing, and I couldn’t (or at least it wasn’t easy to find) how to disable the AI warnings there.

**What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to tax documentation and contracts, this is something I really appreciate. Sometimes platforms like Wise or Payoneer ask for that kind of information to justify my transactions, and with Deel it’s already taken care of. It makes things much easier for me because everything is in one place.
