It's a really easy platform to use with step by step instructions on how to get the best out of your store. After trying numerous other themes, since finding Debutify I haven't looked back. no support. constant changes and manual updates that require coding experience or significant time spent manually transferring code. customer support is a joke - you'll get a response on the live chat every 1-2 business days or whenever they feel like it. The Pricing:

I don't think the standard pricing for the Theme is very fair. The reason for this is because there will end up being a lot of features you don't end up using, so you're sort of wasting your money on that part.

The Support: The support in my opinion is awful. At the moment, the only way to get support is through email, which takes usually 12-24 hours for a response, which is not acceptable given 99% of other Shopify apps have live chat that gives you a human reply usually within a few minutes.

Hiding Details:

In the plans, it says you have access to live chat with the two most expensive plans, which is already scummy. Half the reason why I bought the Pro plan was to get access to live chat and when I tried it out, its not even a live chat. It's just a way to send emails within the debutify app instead of sending an email through your email app, which is an absolute scam in my opinion.

Additionally, with the plan features, it shows you how many addons you have per plan, but this is explained very poorly. Using the Pro plan as an example, it says you have access to the first 30 addons. In reality, hidden away in your shopfiy customize, says this " The Pro plan can activate up to 10 premium add-ons." So that means, you actually only have access to the 20 base addons that you may not even use, and then 10 premium addons. I do not know why this is hidden away on the shopify store instead of on the page where you are spending your money.

Addon Layout: The way Addons are layed out in the shopify customize is confusing. Theyre underneath the base sections that are movable and page-specific. Instead of the addons being there all the time, I would like them to be selectable and movable instead of always there, just like the sections. Additionally, some preset debutify sections like the testimonies, are not deletable and you can only toggle visibility. To keep things tidy, I'd like everything to just me movable, deletable, and addibale. Folders for additional sorting would be nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
