**What do you like best about DB Technology Ras?**

By using DB Technology Ras it has become easier to collect data using the forms that are provided by the software. It enables the creation and distribution of electronic forms for different departments to capture requisite data while eradicating the use of paper forms.

**What do you dislike about DB Technology Ras?**

Data usage from Ras forms is stored in an internal centralized database by copying and pasting, which results in a gap between extraction and use.  Such lack of integration, interferes with our ability to analyze the collected data in real time mode.

**What problems is DB Technology Ras solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By implementing digital data capture, the forms that proved to be unpopular due to tedious paperwork are not longer a problem faced by DB Technology Ras.  The software empowers us to develop particular forms for unique purposes and saves data manually to increase the reliability.

**What do you like best about DB Technology Ras?**

The system requires very little training because it is so user-friendly. It runs on internal servers and is an independent solution that doesn't rely on outside web, internet, or cloud services.
The downtime recovery procedure was significantly shortened when the RAS downtime solution was put into place.

**What do you dislike about DB Technology Ras?**

During lengthy downtime, it was challenging to transport and track patients with ease due to the absence of a functional bed board tracking system.

**What problems is DB Technology Ras solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a wonderful encounter. DB is a great partner for any organisation since it is very client-focused, adaptable, and responsive to consumer demands.
