I like that it is pretty user friendly, easy to navigate. Once you start using it, the ease just continues. I like that each employee has their own log in information so you can track what each employee is entering in the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Old type writer format, seems old and out of date just from the looks. Maybe update looks. I don't work in the front office (back office employee) but I find it hard to insert stuff on the schedule part. I think that is the only things I don't like but mainly because I don't use that portion of the system often. But if I reviewed or looked into it, I bet I would have nothing to dislike.
