**What do you like best about CXponent?**

We liked their personalized approach and ongoing project meetings.  CXponent delivered everything we agreed upon within the time frame set, allowing us to exceed our go-live date.  They pushed the vendor to make us a priority and eliminated the typical launch delays, which we would not have been able to do on our own.

**What do you dislike about CXponent?**

Our experience was so successful and reduced time that we would generally have to manage as a part of this process. The only complaint is that CXponent is not versed in handling more negotiations outside the scope of their expertise in communications or remote work technologies.

**Recommendations to others considering CXponent:**

When we learned of this company, we were skeptical based on its business model and how they are compensated.  They are experts as project managers and are knowledgeable in complex call center and communication software.  Take the time to understand their services and give them a chance.  It was the best decision we made throughout this process, and we are looking at other ways to work with this company in the future.

**What problems is CXponent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After undergoing an internal RFP to replace our call center software, we identified four potential candidates.  We became aware of CXponent services and partnered with them to review the presentations, clarify vendor options, share industry knowledge based on their expertise in the market and ultimately negotiate our contract.  Throughout the process, CXponent was invaluable and handled the negotiations saving us time and providing feedback where we had opportunities to ask for better terms or changes.  The contract we signed with our selected vendor is saving us significantly yet increasing functionality and we owe this success to CXponent.

**Describe the project or task CXponent helped with:**

CXponent helped select the right vendor to replace a legacy phone system with a cloud-based solution that integrated with MS Teams and met all of our business requirements.

**What do you like best about CXponent?**

I found the side-by-side comparison of vendors very useful in evaluating and choosing the right vendor for our business. We were able to come to a decision quickly. CXponent was quick to understand what needed to be done to move the opportunity forward.

**What do you dislike about CXponent?**

Nothing to dislike regarding this project and implemenation.

**What problems is CXponent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are mitigating the operational risk of managing an older, proprietary phone system with aging, hard-to-find hardware components.
Only one person knows how to program and troubleshoot the system.
Maintenance costs began to increase as the system aged.
