"Software TOP!"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

I was looking for a valid alternative to the usual expensive services and CutMe Short was a revelation.

The feature I absolutely prefer is the ability to customize links: when I share something on social media, I can decide exactly how the preview will appear.

Another advantage is the Workspaces: managing multiple clients, I can clearly separate projects without causing confusion. Moreover, it is a professional tool that gives authority to your links with custom domains, and for me, this is the best.

Even creating customized QR Codes is a breeze and very useful for my offline projects.

It is a powerful tool but accessible to everyone, which makes my business look much more professional.

Highly recommended!" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CutMeShort is a life saver!!"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

What I like best about CutMeShort is how it saves us so much time whenever something changes. If we update the URL slug of a landing page, we don’t have to edit links everywhere (in emails, automations, collab pages, or social posts). We just change the redirect inside CutMeShort once, and everything’s fixed. Super simple, super organized, and honestly a life saver when you’re managing a lot of campaigns at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

One downside of CutMeShort is that the dashboard can get pretty messy when you’re handling a lot of links. Even with folders, it still feels crowded and harder to find specific links quickly, especially when you’re managing multiple campaigns at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Effective, and Almost Perfect for Branded Short Links"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

I’ve had a great experience with this so far. It’s easy to use, behaves exactly as advertised, and has been a pleasure to work with. One small wish: the ability to set a default image for QR codes. Right now you have to upload it for each link—not a deal-breaker, just a tiny inconvenience (not enough to cost a taco 🌮).

I wasn’t a fan of the default domain, but setting up a custom branded domain was quick and painless. Now my short links align perfectly with my photography education brand.

Bottom line: a solid product with real potential—just a few smart tweaks away from excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

Where it needs work: the AI-generated slugs. My industry is photography education, yet I got suggestions related to firearms—way off target. I don’t rely on that feature, so it didn’t affect my workflow, but the option to create custom slugs would be a big improvement (doesn’t seem possible right now). "Effortless Setup and Smooth Performance"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

This product is easy to use and quick to set up, and it works well overall. The API appears to be promising and should be useful, although I haven't had the chance to set it up or integrate it with our systems yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

The software appears to have a few minor quirks that could be bugs needing attention. For instance, when I select the option to hide their branding on links and click save, the setting never seems to stick—it always ends up being re-selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Small Businesses: Easy, Affordable, and Great Support"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

I love how short links look. But I'm not a heavy user and don't want to pay a monthly fee. CutMeShort is the only good option I found that is a one-time payment. The interface is really easy to use and looks great. I have created over 30 short links so far and I love seeing the click stats. If you're a small business or one-man shop like me, this is the best option I have found. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

I really don't have any complaints. I did have a problem logging in once, so I emailed their support and they resolved it within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Unexpected Priceless Gem!"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

Ease of use. Love the ease of creating a short link, the ability to add a custom slug, and most of all the ability to organize by tags and color coding. Priceless is the ability to use a custom domain to maintain my branding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

If I had to select one thing, I would like the ability to create a new folder while creating a link rather than having to create the folder first then adding to link to the folder afterwards. Seems the two steps could be combined Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How the analytics provide valuable data"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

The setup is quick, the dashboard is clear, and I can customise my links instead of using random characters; I can give them the names I want.

During my trial with other software, I encountered broken links and the inability to customise or name features as I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

I have not seen anything that I disliked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Link Management Tool for Educators"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

As a teacher and course creator, CutMe Short makes managing links simple yet powerful. Its clean interface lets me quickly create branded short links for all my course videos, documents, and resources. The standout feature is analytics beyond counting clicks, it shows me which devices my students use and when they’re most engaged. The ability to organize links in folders and use tags is perfect for keeping track of different courses and modules. QR code generation is easy. I share access in presentations or printed materials with students. Everything is cloud-based, so I can work anywhere, anytime, without heavy setup or downloads. Customer support has been speedy and helpful. For now, I am using Cut Me Short daily to keep my messy links in check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

The free tier covers basics but bigger projects require upgrading to get all analytics tools. Also, the AI-generated slugs sometimes need manual tweaks to make them memorable for students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid URL shortener with good support and features to come"
What do you like best about CutMe Short?

What really stands out is their customer support team. Whenever I've run into any issues or had questions, they've consistently responded within 24 hours and actually solved my problems.

One feature I particularly love is the ability to edit URL metadata. This has been super handy for social media posts where you want to control how your links appear when shared. It's those little touches that show they understand their users' needs.

The interface is clean and straightforward - no unnecessary bells and whistles cluttering up the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CutMe Short?

Long-awaited features that are still pending, like biolink pages (similar to Linktree), webhooks for better integration, a Chrome extension for quick shortening, and the ability to customize URL slugs after creation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
