**What do you like best about Customer Experience Management?**

I like how we are able to keep track of review using the software. We have visibility of product and services along with orders and comments. Access to make changes to customers account. 

**What do you dislike about Customer Experience Management?**

I do not dislike anything about the software. 

**What problems is Customer Experience Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the current errors that flow through from Salesforce to this software. Billing integration.
