Love the homepage and the straightforward interface. Website is user-friendly and well organized so it is easy to navigate where things are. It is very easy to send a recognition, and view what you have received. The home feed is nicely structured as well which allows fellow recognitions to be easily displayed.

I have recently sent a support request for the first time, I was worried that my request would go to an automatic BOT or AI that would throw my request into the void and did not expect an answer in return. So I was very happy to receive an email from the Support team and to have a real person provide assistance. My support ticket/request was solved within 24hours of my request. While my overall experience has been positive, I'd like to see improvements in reporting capabilities, notification management, and mobile usability. In addition, when reward items require manufacturer warranty support, the process can involve multiple parties, so a more streamlined end-to-end experience would be beneficial. I do appreciate the option of leaving a recognition for fellow employees as either public or private, and the option to send a funny GIF instead of generic corporate art. I also like the ability to sort the awards by how many points you've accrued instead of seeing something that is way above the points you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of points allotted quarterly is a bit disappointing, seeing as majority of employees will never accrue more than 500-600 points. Don't see a reason why there are awards worth tens of thousands of points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After my customer service experience, I got an email promising a gift card for a detailed review (no mention of timing). I wrote the review, then received an email saying "Unfortunately, your review was not one of the first we received and is therefore not eligible for a gift card." Huh? To be honest my DNI was missing and blocking a gift card to reach me in the 3 to 10 work days. After 2 months I remembered the request and contacted them myself to tell me that. Later CSS acted quickly so no issues there but the platform itself needs to be polished in that regard. Kind of shocking that no-one follows up with requests stuck for months...
