# How do you handle limited product details and point-based visibility in Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

I like that Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner has lots of useful, day-to-day products and makes it easy for employees to search in one place. One challenge is that it doesn’t show all product details when points are low, and it may not display products beyond the available points. Have you run into this too, and how do you help employees browse options when they don’t have enough points yet?
