Had an issue with getting an award approved (the approver's email had a typo) and the support person was prompt and kept me informed of the status until the issue was resolved. After my customer service experience, I got an email promising a gift card for a detailed review (no mention of timing). I wrote the review, then received an email saying "Unfortunately, your review was not one of the first we received and is therefore not eligible for a gift card." Huh? I like the whole concept, and although I'm new to it, I find it very user-friendly. I appreciate that everything is all in one place, making it more convenient compared to other software where you have to switch platforms to recognize individuals and redeem rewards. It's super easy to set up; you just enter your details from an email link. I like that information is accessible via the mobile app, making it even easier to use. The site is easy to navigate and i find myself on there frequently whether i have points or not . I also noticed recently that the products offered switch quite often.
