I like the option to add points in recognitions in Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner. This really helps our staff feel recognized and rewarded in a proper way for expressing the company's values and principles, much more than with a simple 'thank you'. There are issues with voucher expiration. It's not always transparent, so I would like the exact time and date of expiration to be indicated when receiving the voucher.
