For example, I ordered kayaks that were advertised both in picture and write-up as one color scheme, but received an entirely different color scheme that I didn't like as much. I like Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner because there was a real person I could talk to, and the lady who helped me was very nice and assisted me well. I also appreciate that we are able to receive gifts in a good time frame. The setup was very easy, and it's easy to navigate, even with a large number of employees like we have at Northwell. They should at least turn this gift into a gift card and mail it to me since I did not pick my gift in time. We only got 3 weeks to pick our gift, and since I missed my time, I was not able to get the gift. I like the feature where I can add items to my favorite list and revisit them for ordering. The detailed product descriptions are really helpful and build trust in the decision-making process. Areas of improvement could be as follows: Sending a notification of the re-availability of the items of the favorite list, which are no longer available for selection. Introducing a stock balance against the item, so that users are aware of the left-over items in the store. Probable dates of replenishment of the stocks. Display the expiry for the gift card. It's a great platform for quickly sending out rewards with just one click. I enjoy the ability to redeem rewards for a variety of options like travel, adding it to my paycheck, gift cards, and more. The flexibility to choose what I want is fantastic, from perfume and jewelry to flight credits and gift cards. All the options for home, living, and food make it a perfect fit for me. I think the only thing that could be improved is how long it takes for the mailed gift cards to be received. It can take over twenty days, which sometimes makes people forget what's coming to them. Tanner? What I like best is how simple it is to recognize colleagues instantly. The UI is clean and the rewards catalog has tons of options - gift cards, experiences, merchandise. It actually improved team morale because recognition became part of our daily workflow, not a once-a-year thing. The mobile app also makes it easy to send recognition on the go. On mobile, the catalog page sometimes takes 6-10 seconds to display all options, which slows down the redemption process when I'm in a hurry. Also, I’d love to see more local Saudi vendors added to the gift card options. \> \> Another small point: the search filter in the recognition feed could be better. Finding past recognitions for a specific colleague takes multiple clicks. Adding a quick search bar by name would save time. \> \> These aren’t deal-breakers though. I like the huge selection of items that I can use my swag points to purchase. The fact that it’s free because of whatever merit I achieve through my company, and I get free items for that is amazing! There are a ton of things to choose from, and it actually makes it really fun. Also, after I had an issue with not receiving my E gift cards, I sent an email, and the problem was resolved within 24 hours, which worked out great. I guess one of the few things that could be improved is your marketing, you need to let the newer hires know how to give another person swag points, the first year I started here I received a huge amount of swag points, but then after that, it took nearly 2 years to get a third of what I had made the first year simply because very few of my coworkers actually use the system to give awards to other people. Tanner? Love the homepage and the straightforward interface. Website is user-friendly and well organized so it is easy to navigate where things are. It is very easy to send a recognition, and view what you have received. The home feed is nicely structured as well which allows fellow recognitions to be easily displayed. I have recently sent a support request for the first time, I was worried that my request would go to an automatic BOT or AI that would throw my request into the void and did not expect an answer in return. So I was very happy to receive an email from the Support team and to have a real person provide assistance. My support ticket/request was solved within 24hours of my request.
