The chat feature is a big bonus, especially as there's an agent behind it rather than just a bot, which has been helpful. The e-card process is quite easy and the option to have a gift card delivered by USPS or emailed is nice. Tanner?** You could possibly categorize the e-cards as I don't believe they are today that I've noticed. For instance, I believe their in alphabetical order but you could bucket them in categories if someone wanted to just look for clothing for instance. Then you could dining, sports, apparel, self-care, online shopping, etc. Because there are so many options to choose from, this might help narrow it down for someone if they're only looking for apparel. The other suggestion I would have is to ask what state are you located in and only those cards that can be used in that state could be an option. Meaning if it's online, it can be used anywhere but sometimes when looking at the dining, I always have to look up the restaurant to see if it's even in Arizona so something like that might be helpful. **What problems is Culture Cloud by O.C. And I was addressed with this cut name several times making it feel very impersonal and very "automated".
