What I like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is that the team genuinely listens to employee feedback and takes action. When I shared that many of the rewards available through the STAR Rewards program were not practical for employees in Korea due to voltage differences and limited locally relevant gift card options, O.C. Tanner responded by expanding the offerings. This made the rewards much more useful and meaningful for our local employees. When I was checking out, it wouldn't let me select residential, it should show an error, and selected business instead. The variety, reliability, and range of monetary choices all come together to make the overall experience feel flawless. I feel one area of opportunity would be the ability to update stock in real time, so we can clearly see what’s available and what isn’t. This would enhance the overall user experience, perhaps more integrations could en included. It has multiple types of gifts, that can be for example a product or used for some vacation trips to book hotels and car reservations.

I really appreciate the quality and variety of the products offered by Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner. The commitment to customer service is also something I like, especially considering my experience over eight or nine years where help was always readily available. My interactions, particularly with Joy, were exceptional. She was kind, pleasant, and very knowledgeable, showing a strong commitment to resolving my issues before my account closed. I think that there are times when it would be good to be able to either donate your residual points to someone else or if there were some lower cost options. There's a threshold where you wind up with some extra points that you don’t have anything to do with. It would be fun if everybody could give their leftover points to somebody so they could get something. Maybe you know, MVP for the team. I don’t know if it is an O.C. Tanner policy or an American Express policy, but the minimum number of points you could issue to someone is 250.
