What I like most about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is the ease of recognizing other employees and redeeming points. I like the whole concept, and although I'm new to it, I find it very user-friendly. I appreciate that everything is all in one place, making it more convenient compared to other software where you have to switch platforms to recognize individuals and redeem rewards. It's super easy to set up; you just enter your details from an email link. I like that information is accessible via the mobile app, making it even easier to use. I love the products OC Tanner provides. I reached out through the chat for help with some previous orders I had placed, and the agent was incredibly kind and resolved everything fast. I was able to receive what I bought with my points within two minutes. I really wish more companies had a platform like this.
