**What do you like best about CTX?**

Capabilities to do Faceted Search / Filtering, Full Text Search.

**What do you dislike about CTX?**

There was no support for Mac platform application.

**Recommendations to others considering CTX:**

Best search, indexing tool in the market with cloud support.

**What problems is CTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful in gathering exact information from web as it's search capabilities are next level. I don't have to browse alot now.
